Psychological Testing Referral Resources

Psychedelic Treatment:

Brooke Sheehan

There are providers in the area for both TMS and ketamine. I have made several referrals. There are places that take medicare and medicaid as well. The only place that I know of that does ECT is Milwaukie providence and OHSU. TMS is much less invasive and has many fewer side effects. TMS is 6-8 weeks of daily treatment. ketamine can be administered sublingually, nasal spray or IV, It depends on the clinic you go to. You go 2-3 times a week at first and have to be observed for a few hours each time. It puts you into a dissociated state. Some places do a guided experience but most just allow you to lie quietly and listen to music. Both TMS and ketamine have good data. I have has someone has a negative experience from ketamine. In my opinion it might not be great for someone with an intense trauma history. "
